Teesside Loft Conversions is an introduction service: we connect you with an independent contractor, but we don't carry out work, set prices, or guarantee any contractor's performance. Your contract is always with the business you choose.

The service
Teesside Loft Conversions, operated by 360 Media Works Ltd, is a free introduction (lead generation) service. This website is owned by 360 Media Works Ltd and is not the website of any loft conversion company. When you request a quote, we pass your enquiry to one independent local loft conversion contractor, who may then contact you about it. Depending on our arrangement at the time, that business either pays us a fee for the enquiry, or pays a fixed fee to advertise on and receive the enquiries from this website (a model sometimes called "rank and rent"). Either way your enquiry goes to one business only, never to multiple companies competing for it. You pay nothing for the service and are under no obligation to accept any quote.
What we are not
We are not a loft conversion company and do not carry out, supervise or guarantee any work. Any contract for work is between you and the business you engage. Prices quoted by those businesses are set by them; figures on this site are indicative guides only and may not reflect your actual quotes. We select the business each enquiry goes to, and we are not liable for work undertaken by any business introduced through the service.

Guides and prices on this site are provided in good faith for general information, are reviewed periodically, and may become out of date. Planning rules and building regulations change, always confirm current requirements with the business quoting your work before committing.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no false quote requests, nothing unlawful. Content on the site is our copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted, our liability for anything arising from use of this introduction service is limited to £100.
